SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping — United States Only
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–11 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your package is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Order Before October 15
To guarantee delivery before Halloween, we recommend placing your order before October 15. We cannot guarantee pre-Halloween delivery for orders placed after this date.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@spidershock.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
